- Unless otherwise instructed by the customer, OzTech Traders ships all orders via Australian Air Express. Orders will normally take from 5 - 7 days from date of the order being received. We will at all times endeavour to ship your purchase as soon as possible. We will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays.
- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns within 7 days of date of purchase. OzTech Traders will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed.
All returns must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and include all of the original contents (manufacturer's packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and be received at OzTech Traders in the same condition in which you received them.
Please pack the items securely in the box we used to ship your order to you, or another sturdy shipping box, so that they will not be damaged during the return shipment. OzTech Traders is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If a refund is offered, a 20% restocking fee may be charged, as returned goods can no longer be "resold" as new. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. - Product Warranties
- All products listed on the OzTech Traders web site are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase for a 12 month period.
Warranty excludes, normal wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, power supplies and batteries, (so check battery levels before returning). Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify OzTech Traders within 7 days if something is missing or faulty.
Goods must be packaged in a secure method with a minimum of 2cm depth of bubble wrap or similar material for protection during transport. Failure to comply with this requirement could void your warranty.
Products that are returned for warranty repair will be forward shipped at the customer’s expense. After assessment, and if the products are covered under warranty, we will pay return freight costs. However, if a fault cannot be found, and the product is deemed to be in good working order or not covered by warranty, the customer pays shipping both ways. If the goods are covered under warranty, we will pay for the return costs only, and for the repair or replacement of the product as we see fit. - Privacy & Security
- We use PayPal exclusively for your security and at no time do we have access to your credit card details. All online sales information is protected and will not be given to any third party when shopping with OzTech Traders.
- Enforcement of Conditions
- These terms of trade shall apply to all invoices issued by OzTech Traders unless amended in writing by an officer of OzTech Traders. By accepting delivery pursuant to any purchase order placed on OzTech Traders, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions contained herein.
